Nabi Muhammad s.a.w

@Nabi Muhammad SAW. (Tazkirah)

Salam Maulidur Rasul 1438
12 Dis 2016

1. Nabi selepas Isa bernama Ahmad.

Surah 61. As-Saff, Verse 6:

And (remember) when ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), said: “O Children of Israel! I am the Messenger of Allah unto you confirming the Taurat [(Torah) which came] before me, and giving glad tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad. But when he came to them with clear proofs, they said: “This is plain magic.”

Dr. Rashad:
Recall that Jesus, son of Mary, said, “O Children of Israel, I am GOD ‘s messenger to you, confirming the Torah and bringing good news of a messenger to come after me whose name will be even more praised (Ahmad).” Then, when he showed them the clear proofs, they said, “This is profound magic.”

2. Nabi Muhammad amat dikenali oleh Ahli AlKitab.

Surah 2. Al-Baqara, Verse 146:

Those to whom We gave the Scripture (Jews and Christians) recognise him (Muhammad SAW or the Ka’bah at Makkah) as they recongise their sons. But verily, a party of them conceal the truth while they know it – [i.e. the qualities of Muhammad SAW which are written in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)].

Dr. Rashad:
Those who received the scripture recognize the truth herein, as they recognize their own children. Yet, some of them conceal the truth, knowingly.

3. Nabi Muhammad adalah Rasulullah dan penutup nabi-nabi.

Surah 33. Al-Ahzab, Verse 40:

Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever AllAware of everything.

Dr. Rashad:
Muhammad was not the father of any man among you. He was a messenger of GOD and the final prophet. GOD is fully aware of all things.

4. Nabi Muhammad hanya pemberi peringatan.

Surah 38. Sad, Verse 65:

Say (O Muhammad SAW): “I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible,

Dr. Rashad:
Say, “I warn you; there is no other god beside GOD , the One, the Supreme.

Surah 5. Al-Maeda, Verse 99:

Translation:

[5:99] The sole duty of the messenger is to deliver the message, and GOD knows everything you declare and everything you conceal.

5. Menetapkan hukum hanya hak Allah bukannya Nabi Muhammad.

Surah 6. Al-Anaam, Verse 57:

Say (O Muhammad SAW): “I am on clear proof from my Lord (Islamic Monotheism), but you deny (the truth that has come to me from Allah). I have not gotten what you are asking for impatiently (the torment). The decision is only for Allah, He declares the truth, and He is the Best of judges.”

But those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and believe in that which is sent down to Muhammad (SAW), for it is the truth from their Lord, He will expiate from them their sins, and will make good their state.

Dr. Rashad:
Those who believe and work righteousness, and believe in what was sent down to Muhammad – which is the truth from their Lord – He remits their sins, and blesses them with contentment.

7. Nabi Muhammad hanyalah salah seorang dari rasul.

Surah 3. Aal-e-Imran, Verse 144:

Muhammad (SAW) is no more than a Messenger and indeed (many) Messengers have passed away before him. If he dies or is killed, will you then turn back on your heels (as disbelievers)? And he who turns back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah, and Allah will give reward to those who are grateful.

Dr. Rashad:
Muhammad was no more than a messenger like the messengers before him. Should he die or get killed, would you turn back on your heels? Anyone who turns back on his heels, does not hurt GOD in the least. GOD rewards those who are appreciative.

8. Nabi Muhammad dimenangkan atas semua agama.

Surah 48. Al-Fath, Verse 28:

He it is Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islam), that He may make it (Islam) superior over all religions. And All-Sufficient is Allah as a Witness.

Dr. Rashad:
He is the One who sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, to make it prevail over all other religions. GOD suffices as a witness.*

9. Nabi Muhammad tidak meminta upah sebagai rasul.

Surah 34. Saba, Verse 47:

Say (O Muhammad SAW): “Whatever wage I might have asked of you is yours. My wage is from Allah only. And He is Witness over all things.”

Dr. Rashad:
Say, “I do not ask you for any wage; you can keep it. My wage comes only from GOD. He witnesses all things.”

10. Wahyu yang benar.

Surah 34. Saba, Verse 48:
Indonesian:
Katakanlah: “Sesungguhnya Tuhanku mewahyukan kebenaran. Dia Maha Mengetahui segala yang ghaib”.

En: Khan:
Say (O Muhammad SAW): “Verily! My Lord sends down Inspiration and makes apparent the truth (i.e. this Revelation that had come to me), the AllKnower of the Ghaib (unseen).

Dr. Rashad:
Say, “My Lord causes the truth to prevail. He is the Knower of all secrets.”

11. Nabi Muhammad adalah utusan Allah.

Surah 48. Al-Fath, Verse 29:

Muhammad (SAW) is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and falling down prostrate (in prayer), seeking Bounty from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. The mark of them (i.e. of their Faith) is on their faces (foreheads) from the traces of (their) prostration (during prayers). This is their description in the Taurat (Torah). But their description in the Injeel (Gospel) is like a (sown) seed which sends forth its shoot, then makes it strong, it then becomes thick, and it stands straight on its stem, delighting the sowers that He may enrage the disbelievers with them. Allah has promised those among them who believe (i.e. all those who follow Islamic Monotheism, the religion of Prophet Muhammad SAW till the Day of Resurrection) and do righteous good deeds, forgiveness and a mighty reward (i.e. Paradise).

Dr. Rashad:
Muhammad – the messenger of GOD – and those with him are harsh and stern against the disbelievers, but kind and compassionate amongst themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating, as they seek GOD’s blessings and approval. Their marks are on their faces, because of prostrating. This is the same example as in the Torah. Their example in the Gospel is like plants that grow taller and stronger, and please the farmers. He thus enrages the disbelievers. GOD promises those among them who believe, and lead a righteous life, forgiveness and a great recompense.

And (remember) the Day when We shall raise up from every nation a witness against them from amongst themselves. And We shall bring you (O Muhammad SAW) as a witness against these. And We have sent down to you the Book (the Quran) as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves (to Allah as Muslims).

Dr. Rashad:
The day will come when we will raise from every community a witness from among them, and bring you as the witness of these people. We have revealed to you this book to provide explanations for everything, and guidance, and mercy, and good news for the submitters.

Verily, We have sent you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him) with the truth (Islam), a bringer of glad tidings (for those who believe in what you brought, that they will enter Paradise) and a warner (for those who disbelieve in what you brought, they will enter the Hell-fire). And you will not be asked about the dwellers of the blazing Fire.

Dr. Rashad:
We have sent you* with the truth as a bearer of good news, as well as a warner. You are not answerable for those who incur Hell.

14. Nabi Muhammad diberikan AlQuraan sebagai pedoman.

Surah 28. Al-Qasas, Verse 85:

Verily, He Who has given you (O Muhammad SAW) the Quran (i.e. ordered you to act on its laws and to preach it to others) will surely bring you back to the Ma’ad (place of return, either to Makkah or to Paradise after your death, etc.). Say (O Muhammad SAW): “My Lord is Aware of him who brings guidance, and he who is in manifest error.”

Dr. Rashad:
Surely, the One who decreed the Quran for you will summon you to a predetermined appointment. Say, “My Lord is fully aware of those who uphold the guidance, and those who have gone astray.”

15. Nabi Muhammad tidak mengharapkan AlQuraan diwahyukan kepadanya.

Surah 28. Al-Qasas, Verse 86:

And you were not expecting that the Book (this Quran) would be sent down to you, but it is a mercy from your Lord. So never be a supporter of the disbelievers.

Dr. Rashad:
You never expected this scripture to come your way; but this is a mercy from your Lord. Therefore, you shall not side with the disbelievers.

16. Nabi Muhammad diingatkan supaya tidak menjadi orang Mushrik.

Surah 28. Al-Qasas, Verse 87:

And let them not turn you (O Muhammad SAW) away from (preaching) the Ayat (revelations and verses) of Allah after they have been sent down to you, and invite (men) to (believe in) your Lord [i.e. in the Oneness (Tauhid) of Allah (1) Oneness of the Lordship of Allah; (2) Oneness of the worship of Allah; (3) Oneness of the Names and Qualities of Allah], and be not of Al-Mushrikun (those who associate partners with Allah, e.g. polytheists, pagans, idolaters, those who disbelieve in the Oneness of Allah and deny the Prophethood of Messenger Muhammad SAW).

Dr. Rashad:
Nor shall you be diverted from GOD’s revelations, after they have come to you, and invite the others to your Lord. And do not ever fall into idol worship.

And when Our Clear Verses are recited unto them, those who hope not for their meeting with Us, say: Bring us a Quran other than this, or change it.”Say (O Muhammad SAW): “It is not for me to change it on my own accord; I only follow that which is revealed unto me. Verily, I fear if I were to disobey my Lord, the torment of the Great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection).”

Dr. Rashad:
When our revelations are recited to them, those who do not expect to meet us say, “Bring a Qur’án other than this, or change it!” Say, “I cannot possibly change it on my own. I simply follow what is revealed to me. I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the retribution of an awesome day.”

18. Nabi Muhammad tidak mengetahui yang ghaib.

Surah 7. Al-Araf, Verse 188:

Say (O Muhammad SAW): “I possess no power of benefit or hurt to myself except as Allah wills. If I had the knowledge of the Ghaib (unseen), I should have secured for myself an abundance of wealth, and no evil should have touched me. I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings unto people who believe.”

Dr. Rashad:
Say, “I have no power to benefit myself, or harm myself. Only what God wills happens to me. If I knew the future, I would have increased my wealth, and no harm would have afflicted me. I am no more than a warner, and a bearer of good news for those who believe.”

Surah 27. An-Naml, Verse 65:

Translation:

27:65. Say, “No one in the heavens and the earth knows the future except GOD. They do not even perceive how or when they will be resurrected.”
19. Nabi Muhammad hanya manusia biasa.
Surah 18. Al-Kahf, Verse 110:

Shakir:
Say: I am only a mortal like you; it is revealed to me that your god is one Allah, therefore whoever hopes to meet his Lord, he should do good deeds, and not join any one in the service of his Lord.

Dr. Rashad:
Say, “I am no more than a human like you, being inspired that your god is one god. Those who hope to meet their Lord shall work righteousness, and never worship any other god beside his Lord.”

20. Nabi Muhammad contoh ikutan yang baik.

Surah 33. Al-Ahzab, Verse 21:

Shakir:
Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah much.

Dr. Rashad:
33:21 The messenger of God has set up a good example for those among you who seek God and the Last Day, and constantly think about God.

21. Nabi Muhammad sebagai rahmat bagi sekelian alam.

Surah 21. Al-Anbiya, Verse 107:

Shakir:
And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) not but as a mercy for the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).

Dr. Rashad:
21:107 We have sent you out of mercy from us towards the whole world.

22. Hanya 2 perkara sahaja diperuntukkan kepada Nabi Muhammad saw.

Surah 15. Al-Hijr, Verse 87:

Translation:

15:87. We have given you the seven pairs, and the great Quran.

23. Tiada perbezaan atau kelebihan di antara nabi-nabi. Nabi Muhammad saw tidak terkecuali.

Surah 3. Aal-e-Imran, Verse 84:

Translation:

3:84. Say, “We believe in GOD, and in what was sent down to us, and in what was sent down to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and in what was given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them. To Him alone we are submitters.”

Translation:

29:48. You did not read the previous scriptures, nor did you write them with your hand. In that case, the rejectors would have had reason to harbor doubts.

25. Nabi Muhammad pun terkhilaf.
Surah 9. At-Taubah, Verse 43:

Translation:

9:43. GOD has pardoned you: why did you give them permission (to stay behind), before you could distinguish those who are truthful from the liars?
